Internal Communication
Through Internal Communication, Jordan Telecom is persistently committed and connected to its employees in order to build loyalty and pride.
To ensure all employees know what Jordan Telecom is trying to deliver for its customers, the Internal Communication Campaign was launched at the end of 2004 under the motto “Customer Satisfaction Begins with Me” to focus on customers’ importance.
Through this campaign, a new look and feel to Internal Communication has been created and all its tools underpin our ethos.
Human Resources’ Internal Communication at Jordan Telecom is keeping the employees informed and updated on a regular basis. The company’s 2005 vision is to improve communication with its most important asset, its employees… the credible voice of Jordan Telecom.

Health Insurance
As a way of showing employees that Jordan Telecom cares for their health and well-being, a total of 2,674 employees and 15,456 beneficiaries were provided with health insurance in the 2004, in accordance with the instructions and regulations agreed upon with the insurance company covering both in and out patients. Jordan Telecom employees also benefit from life insurance coverage and insurance against cancer with Al-Hussein Cancer Center.

Training Center
To upgrade employees' knowledge and skills for the fast-paced business, this center is committed to providing high quality training in IS, Data Communications, Administration and Finance.
In the near future, the center plans to create a new trend towards developing "Training to the public for Marketing Purposes". to share in expanding ADSL usage.

Employees
Throughout 2004, 15,456 benefited from training, 3,674 employees covered with health insurance, and 8% average salary increase.
In 2004, the Group’s total number of employees was 3,484; of which Jordan Telecom was 3,040.
