| In line with its unwavering dedication to its customers and diligence in providing them with exceptional high quality services, Jordan Telecom Group expanded the scope of its work, and built the competence of its personnel by training them to better serve clients, meet their increasing needs, and answer all their queries.
In 2005, new Jordan Telecom shops were opened in Abdoun, Gardens st., Baqaa and Taiba, in addition to MobileCom's new point of sales “Al-Salam Markets” for members of the armed forces and the area’s residents.
In a new step that exemplifies the comprehensiveness of services of Jordan Telecom Group shops, customers were recently able to obtain all MobileCom's offers: postpaid subscriptions, prepaid and scratch cards, and the latest handsets from Jordan Telecom's shops.
To ensure the comfort of its customers, Jordan Telecom has offered subscribers several methods to pay their bills: from home, the office, certified banks, or the post office without extra charge. Additionally, the "Drive and Pay" service was introduced in Tla' al-Ali service center, which will enable customers, for the first time, to pay their bills while remaining in their cars.
Moreover, Jordan Telecom issued in 2005 the residential fixed-line directory for its subscribers. Citizens can obtain the directory from Jordan Telecom shops at competitive prices while receiving a free copy of the Yellow Pages when they buy the two directories.
Throughout 2005, Jordan Telecom Group has persevered with providing special services for key accounts because of the nature, particularity and complexity of their needs in comparison with those of the rest of Jordan Telecom Group's subscribers.
